Eligibility

Research use and service boundary
MindBridge provides market research, strategic analysis, evidence frameworks, commentary, and historical research records. Content may not reflect your objectives, financial situation, tax position, risk tolerance, time horizon, or other personal circumstances. It is not a personalized recommendation and does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, custody, portfolio-management, or account-management relationship.
Accounts, custody, and execution
MindBridge does not open or control brokerage accounts, execute or route trades, take custody of securities or cash, transfer investment funds, monitor positions, exercise discretion, or promise to protect a reader from loss. Any market action is taken through a provider chosen and controlled by the reader.
Historical results and records
Historical percentages and labels are summaries of stored research records. They are not live quotes, current ratings, client account results, composite portfolio returns, or guarantees. Reader responsibility
You are responsible for verifying information, determining whether it is current, evaluating costs and risks, protecting account credentials, and obtaining qualified professional advice when appropriate. Acceptable use

Intellectual property
Site design, original writing, graphics, branding, compilations, and original research materials are owned by MindBridge or used with permission. Limited personal use does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, adapt, distribute, create a competing product, or remove attribution. Third-party data, names, and marks remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Third-party services
External services used for website delivery and security, typography, operational measurement, and community access operate independently. Their terms, privacy practices, availability, account rules, and security controls apply to their services. MindBridge is not responsible for an external provider’s account decision, outage, content, or conduct.
Market information
Market and issuer information may be delayed, revised, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to licensing limits. Historical records stored in the page are not a live market-data service. Do not redistribute third-party market information unless the applicable license permits it.
Electronic communications
When you email MindBridge or actively open an external community invitation, you consent to receive communications reasonably connected to that action. The current page does not collect a mobile number or email address for marketing enrollment. Participation in an external community is voluntary and subject to the provider’s controls.
Service availability and changes
The site, content, links, providers, access rules, and features may change, pause, or end. MindBridge may protect the service, enforce these terms, correct an error, comply with law, or respond to a provider change. No uninterrupted availability is promised.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or a particular market outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MindBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading loss, lost opportunity, lost data, loss of access, provider conduct, or reliance on incomplete or delayed information. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Responsibility for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement, security abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms. This provision does not require responsibility for conduct that applicable law does not allow MindBridge to shift to you.
Non-waivable rights
These terms do not waive rights, remedies, duties, or liabilities that cannot be waived under applicable law. Failure to enforce a provision once does not permanently waive it.
Changes and severability
Terms may change when services, laws, providers, or business practices change. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or separated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue where permitted.
