SECURITY

Security and Impersonation Guidance

Use these checks to verify MindBridge communications, protect sensitive credentials, reduce phishing risk, and report suspicious activity.

Verify the source

The contact email is Contact email. Check spelling, protocol, sender domain, and destination before opening a link.

Information MindBridge will not request

  • Brokerage, bank, or email passwords.
  • One-time verification codes or authentication tokens.
  • Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery words.
  • Remote control of your device.
  • A direct transfer of investment funds through a landing page or community invitation.

Phishing and impersonation

Attackers may copy logos, names, page designs, research language, email signatures, or community links. Treat urgent payment requests, guaranteed-result claims, unofficial domains, unexpected shortened destinations, credential requests, and pressure to bypass ordinary verification as warning signs.

Third-party messaging risk

WhatsApp operates independently. Confirm the destination before joining, review the participant list and group information, and leave if a message requests sensitive credentials or payment. A community invitation does not establish a brokerage account, custody arrangement, or authority to trade.

Device practices

  • Keep the operating system, browser, and security software current.
  • Use unique passwords and multi-factor authentication for email and financial accounts.
  • Avoid entering sensitive information after following an unexpected link.
  • Review the full destination and certificate information when a page appears unusual.
  • Use a trusted network when accessing financial accounts.

Report suspicious activity

Email Contact email with the subject “Security Report.” Include the URL, sender information, message headers, screenshots, and a description of what occurred. Do not forward passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or other secrets.

What a report may support

A report may be used to verify an official channel, preserve evidence, investigate impersonation, notify a provider, correct a link, warn users, or contact an authority when appropriate. The ability to remove third-party content depends on the provider and circumstances.

Security limits

Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every communication, device, provider, or network will remain secure or available. Users remain responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, and credentials.
